Elise Seifert

With nearly two decades of teaching experience, Elise has been sharing her passion for dance since 2006 at studios throughout Guelph and Owen Sound, Ontario. She has taught a wide range of disciplines including Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop, working with dancers of all ages and skill levels.

Elise completed her ballet training in the Russian ballet method and successfully earned her Advanced Russian Ballet certification. As an award-winning choreographer, she is passionate about creating meaningful and engaging performances that inspire dancers to connect with movement, music, and storytelling.

In addition to her work in the dance studio, Elise is a certified elementary school teacher and brings her extensive educational background into her teaching approach. Her experience in the classroom allows her to create supportive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments where every student can thrive. She is also a certified yoga teacher, incorporating principles of body awareness, mindfulness, strength, and flexibility into her dance instruction.
